CHARACTER ANIMATION

For the Blend Titles, I was responsible for animating the “Blend Monster”. He’s a pretty quirky character from his shape alone, so I did a few tests early in production to get a feel for the rig. He was animated on 15fps.

FACE ANIMATION

The rig did not come with a face! The animation was exported to C4D where a fellow animator, John Hughes, mapped on his face. I animated his face by hand as reference for John to animate in C4D.

I was also apart of the ideation process. Here are a few sequences I animated for the animatic. Really happy that some of these ideas made it into the final edit.
